Knee injury ....
I have an unstable knee cap, and the patella keeps moving in and out. I am off powerlifting style squating. I was pretty unhappy about it, but have had therapy and am doing recouperative exercises and it is stabilising well. It also gives me a chance to focus on my bench press.

It is 3 weeks since my comp....I lifted 265kgs and made the 56kg cat. I am so pleased!
Squat - 95kgs
bench - 50kgs
Dead - 120kgs.
My sister took a lot of footage and I have been able to watch my lifts and see what was good and bad. I have also watched the footage of the girls that won - and I have learnt so much from watching them.
I need to do a lot of work on my bench but the other 2 lifts are coming along nicely. The program now is to compete in the 52kg cat in Dec and go for a number of QLD records.
