I am very nervous right now...whyI am catching up with my coach for the first time in one week, and I am in the last 4 weeks before my power lifting comp. I start training @ 5 reps this week, which is just tough lifting. I am not sure how my strength is, and I am certainly not in "the zone".

Being nervous can sometimes bring on positive energy :-).
I know you will reach you target lift because you are so focused. You previous figure comp days are going to be an advantage to you aswell. I know this is completely different but mentally you will be better off.
