Today I had High Tea at the Stamford Plaza. This was a work event for a number of the women who work at some of my business partners. As I am only 7 weeks out from Nationals and am being careful about additional calories I just had a couple of pieces of a very yummy spelt bread and coffee. However the food was beautiful, and it was a lovely time.

Wow. It is very beautiful. Hubby and I have stayed there a few times for special occassions.
