What a difference a year makes!!

This time last year I was in Palm Springs (at the Hilton pictured above), preparing for Masters IPF World Powerlifting Titles. One day earlier I had finished the Poliqiun Biosignature certification in Arizona.

If you had of told me at that in 12 months time, I would be addicted to Crossfit, retired from powerlifting and was back in the corporate world running a team of 11 fabulous people I would have just laughed and said"no chance". Life!!
