Box Squats
Today it was heavy box squats, about 5 sets all in all from a 60kg warm up to 80kg heavy set. I have a video of 2 sets below. After these I did 4 sets of goodmornings, then Rod cut the session short as I was extremely fatigued.....happens to the best of us! Luckily I have a good coach who cares a great deal about my general well being.

OMG - jaw dropping stuff....i never knew what box squats were - after all these years in the gym...i've not done them - fricken look great Lisa but my Lord - i wouldnt be able to get my ass off the seat!!!!!

Yes the new technique is sticking quite well now, and there is lots of power in my drive out of the bottom.

You can adjust the depth of the box to work on different areas - very useful squat.
