More Videos???
As I am getting into slightly heavier lifitng now and as it is crucial that Rod can check my technique on every rep we will be taping each training session. It is a pretty easy process to turn then into a 30 sec file that I can load up here and on youtube.
So my question is; what type of lifts would you like me to put up? Do you want to see the favorite squat, bench press, deadlift or assitance exercises like good mornings and rack bench that you may not normally do in your programs?

ALL of the above Lisa! I havent had the pleasure of watching anyone train PL style... although there is one guy that kinda does at the gym i go too, but certainly no females train like you (i'm bout the only girl in the weights area at my gym - bit sad) so any videos you put up - i will watch in amazement - appreciate you sharing!! Oh and I'm DEFINITELY coming to watch in Newcastle!! Will email you soon re: PL clubs in Sydney :)
I'm interested in seeing anything and everything! I can't actually watch any videos at the moment, still on dial up, but the company promises my broadband will be delivered any day now...

Yeah - and pull throughs and pistols and all that other good PL stuff.
Might also be interesting to show any mobilization or prep work pre lifting!

I will choose a set from each exercise in the work outs...this will be fun!
Can a person do box squats with dumbells? I can't do squats with a barbell because it just puts too much pressure on my curved spine. I was wondering too if the box squats might put less strain on my sacroiliac joint.....thoughts?
Sure...absolutely no reason why not. Just remember to keep your head and chest up so you dont cave in thru the mid section.
