Train - back/triceps
M1 - oats, pea protein blueberries, honey
M2 - yoghurt, blueberries, pea protein
M3 - beef and greens beans, nut butter
M4 - chicken salad
M5 - shake w yoghurt & strawberries
M6 - nut butter, tuna and spinach
