Work out of the day 14th May
"Killer"
- 7 Rounds
- 15 x Weighted Lunges (Each Leg) 10kgs
- 15 x Kettle Bell Swings 8kgs
- 15 x Push Ups
Now this is what I started CrossFit for......I am off to be "killed".
Time 17:39 - I am really pleased that I chose weights that I knew would be a challenge yet would allow me to complete the work out in time.
