I have had gastro for 3 days now and I am unhappy. I am getting better - but some things I eat just seem to kick it off again. Yuk!
I am feeling incredibly drained, and am trying to eat to keep my body well and strong - and I have managed to get some rice and other complex carbs to stick for a while, as well as lots of yoghurt and soy milk. I couldn't get into my Dr today, so I will see her tomorrow and hopefully she can give me something to stop this. State titles are less than 3 weeks away, and I need to be well and strong.

I know exactly how you feel, I've just got over mine bout of it. Here's hoping you up and back to your normal self sooner rather than later. ;o) xx

Thanks Lia. I feel fine tonight after eating dinner for the first time in days. fingers crossed as I really need my strenght at this point of my preparation
