In fact this is huge understatement. I had a killer training session today, and on the way home I realised how badly I smelt. I pity the next person who gets in the car!
I am just over 3 weeks from comp and my squat looks great. I benched today in my new shirt for the second week. I managed to get it to touch my chest, but my line is too low and I am loosing power. I need to so some work on pulling it back into line before it hits the chest but it is very painful. Rod and I are seeking specialist help on Saturday to see if there is any technique that can help me. It is a challenge but one I know I will win. My deadlift will be tested at the end of this week and I have done all the work so all that is left to do is believe it is there. My weight is on track and my goal is to get into the 57's before the end of this week.
Have a great night and a well earned rest - I know I will.

Hey Lisa
just out of curiosity, how much do you bench??? ie complete weight including olympic bar. Also with your squats, the weight is that complete too ie including bar??? I thought I lifted heavy, but I am in awe!.

LOL with your post Lisa.

There are times when I get a whiff of myself on the way home from training hard also and I laugh.

Thankyou for continuing to be an inspiration and a positive influence on my life.
