The last 2 days have really taken it out of me. A few things happening at work, and I am training 4 consecutive days this week so I can have a few days off before I start my 4 week prep to Nationals.

Everything is on track - just hard work and very tiring. I had 200 calories (carbs and fat) more today to help me cope so I don't get overly hungry and want to eat my way thru the kitchen.
I am sure I will sleep very well tonight, and I will be firing again tomorrow.

It's a very wise move to apply the "200, not 2000 calorie" rule when you are feeling depleted. It's called "listening to your body". Sending good vibes for some very restorative sleep!

Remember it's mind of matter Lisa. If you don't mind then it doesn't matter. YOU CAN DO THIS! You've proved it to yourself time and time again and for what it's worth I believe in you. ;o) xx
