I am home!

I had a great few days in Melbourne. I watched some inspiring tennis, caught up with a couple of friends and had a very successful trip professionally. I also stuck to my diet 100%, and was pleased with how creative I was with green food!

Today I am back to heavy lifting, so it will be a test of where my energy is really at after 9 days on the diet and 2 days of travelling. I feel great this morning..........

Welcome home. Glad you had such a fab time while in Melbourne. That is awesome that you managed to stick to your lean and green diet while away. How much longer to you have to stick to it and then where do you go from there?

Hi Cat,

Next wed will be my 14 day mark, and I redo my bf and weight. I also have a "cheat day" the same day. Depending on how I have responded to the protocol will determine the next steps. However at this point the plan is to introduce low GI coloured fruits and vege.
