2 days to go and Krista arrives this morning!
I am so excited as I am picking Krista up from the airport just after breakfast today. I am going to learn stuff I didn't evem know I could learn over the next week. I am so honoured to have such an experienced and qualified mentor staying with me thru this comp. Her energy is amazing.
I had a great day yesterday and my weight is down a little again today at 57.5kgs, so all on track there. I had a reiki treatment last night to focus my energy on Sat.
Anyway off to do some cardio before the airport!.
