My thought for today...
I am 14 days out from competition. I am in the best shape, both physically and mentally before a comp, and I am just so pumped about my progressions 'cause I have really earned
it! My first comp was 2 years ago at the same event, and I lifted
245kgs, I will be 90-100kgs over this in 2 weeks time. I now know that while I am stronger and faster the real strength has come from within, and that has brought real happiness to my life.

Liz, I will post about the protocol and the results - likey a few days. My body needed a refeed and I was craving nuts so Krista chose to do a high fat rather than high carb refeed.

This sort of thing has woked really well for me in the past - so I will documetn it all.

I never knew there were so many different suits and equipment etc for powerlifting, it is really interesting reading about your sport. I think it is amazing :)

I can't tell you how much I enjoyed my nuts! Right now while I make my food as enjoyable as possible I do look at it as key to my lifting success, rather than satisfying some other need. The fat really gave my body what it needed - that makes me very happy!
